26-year-old Ramabhishek Singh alias Kera Singh was arrested in Mumbai where he lives with a changed identity – Rohit Singh. The UP Special Task Force made the arrest because apparently, Rohit escaped Azamgarh in October 2009 after getting involved in a shootout. Two people had died in the shootout.
